NPC: A shifty-eyed hunchback
Long Desc: A gnarled, hunchbacked man kneels over something in the far corner, obscuring it with his body.

His malformed spine and lazy eye belie a deeper set of problems plaguing
this man from birth, but it's the acute smell of putrefaction surrounding
him that really draws the attention.  Conversely, he pays as little
attention to you as possible, seeking a quick escape that won't come easily,
given the differing lengths of his legs.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
