NPC: A turtle shopkeeper
Long Desc: A turtle shopkeeper is here, smiling politely.

Anxious to return to your exploration of this most unusual island you pop
into this small shop to quickly grab a few supplies.  With a groan of dismay
you realize the only clerk in this shop is a turtle.  Slowly he extends his
head from his shell to greet you then begins his slow shuffle to the counter
to help with your shopping.
He is a unique approximately 4'8" tall.
