NPC: Edric Van Pelt
Long Desc: A large man with a bushy black moustache eyes you from behind the counter.

Edric Van Pelt is an adventurer's adventurer.  He has sailed the four seas
of Alyria, hacked his way through the jungles of Beltane, bravely faced
down paralyzing snow spiders while spelunking miles underneath Sepharia's
mountains.  Of course, there's also the string of lovesick femme fatales
and the indeterminate number of bastard children as well, but that is a
risk all successful and world-renowned adventurers take.  Edric Van Pelt
has opened this store with the permission of the rather wayward monks of
the Runic Temple to trade items in exchange for Reward Units, a rather
common name for a form of pay-what-you-can-if-you-can taxation started by
Lord Agrippa in an effort to keep Rune - and the Council of Seven - in
existence.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
