NPC: An expert angler
Long Desc: An expert fisherman is here, decked out in the standard issue of all good anglers.

This drow is obviously a fisherman of sorts.  He wears tall, waterproof
boots that are held up with suspenders, and has a hat lined with various
baubles and fishing lures.  His skin is dried and marked with lines, a sign
that he probably spent a considerable amount of time in the Beltan sun,
working at his hobby, or in this case, way of life.  His hands are
well-tuned tools, expert in the art of tying fishing line and experienced in
the craft of bringing in the huge haul.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
