NPC: Robo-gardener supreme
Long Desc: A Gnome-shaped robot is trimming the hedges.

This short and stout robot has been made in the likeness of a typical Gnome.
The makers have tried to limit the amount of emissions it produces as to not
offend the sensibilities of the garden-goers.  This robotic gardener is
trimming the plants here in a very odd and seemingly random fashion.  The
Gnomes are very precise and measured when it comes to architecture, but
their appreciation for nature is a bit more chaotic.
It is a robot approximately 7'0" tall.
