NPC: The undead shipwright
Long Desc: A pale ghost organizes stacks of fresh lumber here.

This was once a burly human, but he has lost much of his corporeal form.  He
is now a lingering spirit, but does not seem to realize it.  He gladly
continues his work as Palamire's shipwright, offering his services to any
vessel willing to visit the haunted village.
He is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
