Long Desc: A quiet man of half-elven ancestry expertly crafts whatever drink your heart could desire.

Behind the VIP bar stands a middle-aged half-elven man.  His hands fly over
his work, mixing portions of alcohol and syrups with fruits and other
garnishes, in an almost alchemical way.  His eyes only leave his tasks long
enough to acknowledge the patrons or waitstaff that approach him for orders
or refills, though word has gotten around amongst the richest of the rich
that he may traffick in other more esoteric goods as well...
He is a half-elf approximately 5'2" tall.
