NPC: A Goblir bomb expert
Long Desc: A goblin visits from Goblir.

This goblin is a mess, he has an eye patch on his left eye.  He's missing
two fingers, and one toe indicating his mastery over bombs came at a cost.
He smells strongly of sulfur and gunpowder.  He seems to be in search of an
apprentice.
He is a goblin approximately 3'5" tall.
