NPC: The Mad Gasser of Renn
Long Desc: A tall, slim creature glides across the ground here.

A tall and lean humanoid shape moves among the long shadows of Renn.  In the
faint moonlight the form takes on a more solid shape - appearing to be
wearing a dark green robe and black leather gloves.  Where it's face should
be is a black horror - huge black eyes with an enourmous nose that seems to
trunk out of the center of the face into twin nostrils.  There is no mouth
that can be seen, but you can hear it making a hissing sound.  In one of
it's hands is an antique FLit gun.
It is a demon approximately 7'11" tall.
