NPC: A dusty rancher
Long Desc: A windswept cowboy cools his spurred heels in this fine establishment.

The stains say 'Vaatt', but the hat says 'Althaman'.  The smell wafting out
of his boots say 'Goblir', and it's possible he's simply a man of the world,
happily traipsing wherever the winds take him.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'11" tall.
