NPC: Rancher Gruzlap
Long Desc: A tired minotaur rancher is passed out on the bed here.

Rancher Gruzlap is perhaps the hardest working Minotaur in Althaman.  He
puts in a full day in the slime fields and then comes home and makes sure
there is no part of his home that is filthy or needs repair.  As a result,
he is in a constant state of tiredness, as all the work that he does leaves
him little time to sleep.
It is a minotaur approximately 6'11" tall.
