NPC: A colorful dragonfly
Long Desc: A colorful insect with long, broad wings hovers in the air here.

This dragonfly has hints of brown, green, and cyan covering its long body.
Its wide, flat wings allow it to hover in place above the grass of Glondale
Park.  They are welcome in the park, as they rarely bother anyone and keep
the population of smaller insects under control.
It is a insect approximately 1'5" tall.
