NPC: Elder Glondale
Long Desc: A weathered old minotaur is writing political notes on today's Elder meeting.

Glondale, as a member of the Elder Council, is always looking out for the
needs of the common folk of Althaman.  His meetings with the other two
elders always include a passionate speech from him ensuring that the poorer
residents receive their share of the profits from the recent trade boom.
Glondale usually serves as the public face of Althaman's government, and
visitors to the town are invariably directed towards him to receive tourism
information as well as a chance to become an honorary rancher if they happen
to be interested.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'11" tall.
