NPC: A gnomish trader
Long Desc: A trader from the city of gnomes is here.

This Gnome is in Althaman to purchase some slime, which apparently makes a
good lubricant for Gnomish inventions.  This little Gnome is attempting to
make trades with a variety of machines including automated harvesting
equipment and slime incubation chambers that cut the required storage time
in half.  The Minotaur are accepting his offers with glee, as they have
never encountered such advanced things in their little frontier town.
He is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
