NPC: Elder Laigen
Long Desc: A well dressed minotaur is dining on a bowl of caviar at the table.

Never far from opulence, Laigen enjoys the finer things in life.  Along with
Elder Naytle, she is an underling of Althaman's mysterious leader, and
the corrupt trio takes the bulk of Althaman's wealth to spend on themselves.
Her large dwelling is like a palace compared to the typical mud huts of the
Althaman residents, and considering Althman is a remote farm in the middle
of the Sigil Underground it would be difficult to make it any fancier.
She is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
