NPC: Elder Naytle
Long Desc: A stern minotaur elder writes notes at his elaborate desk.

Elder Naytle is well known throughout Althaman as the right hand of
Althaman's leader.  He is the one who ensures the bulk of the profits for
any sale occurring in Althman is siphoned off into Althaman's leader's
coffers.  Althaman's leader rewards him well for his service, as evidenced
by the extremely expensive furniture occupying Naytle's dwelling.  Naytle is
a Minotaur of few words, but he is feared as a sadistic, selfish man.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'10" tall.
