NPC: A sporefolk edaphologist
Long Desc: A studious edaphologist is here closely examining the weeping willow and the soil around it.

This frail sporefolk has come to Althaman to study its soil and its impace
on the native flora.  Entranced by the willow tree before him, it is
difficult to get its attention.  Sporefolk are generally interested in all
things nature, but this one in particular is obsessed with it.  They might
be interested in any seeds or samples of the local plantlife that you might
have.
It is a sporefolk approximately 6'9" tall.
