NPC: A rough-looking butcher
Long Desc: A tall, scruffy butcher stands here with a cleaver in one hand.

The busy butcher processes Althaman's most famous product, well-marbled,
tender, and tasty beef steaks.  Althaman has a copious herd of cattle, so
she is in the shop almost every day with cleaver in hand, butchering the
day's supply of steaks.  Demand for the product is great and draws in
traders from all over the underground, so the butcher is responsible for
much of the town's income.
She is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
