NPC: A minotaur fisherman
Long Desc: A tired, drunken fisherman is sitting here.

Spending the day in the sun out in the swampy wilderness surrounding
Althaman is exhausting, as evidence by fisherman slumped over his drink.
The swamp often produces bountiful catches, but some days are spent toiling
away on the water catching nothing except mosquito bites.  The mood of the
fishermen here is very bi-polar as a result.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'10" tall.
