NPC: A grumpy, old barkeeper
Long Desc: An old barkeeper is here, wiping clean a few ale mugs.

Sun bleached fur and the smell of salt indicate that the barkeeper here is
an avid fisherman.  He is not very talkative and the mood in the bar is
pretty depressed, but it seems to stem more from fatigue than societal woes.
He is able to simultaneously serve drinks and grill up dinner for the
workers patronizing his bar, and they definitely appreciate his skill in
doing so.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
