NPC: A minotaur tanner
Long Desc: The shop owner is here, scudding the hair from a cattle hide.

Smelling incredibly strongly of salt and tannic acid, the tanner is
currently mixing around the latest batch of animal hides in the briny waters
taken directly from the swamp.  The strong odors resulting from his trade
make him unpleasant to be around, but his friendly demeanor at least
partially makes up for that.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'10" tall.
