NPC: Horgus
Long Desc: Althaman's master fisherman, Horgus, is untangling some fishing line.

Horgus is a rugged old Minotaur who has spent the majority of his life out
on the water catching fish.  In his old age, he has become the head of
Althaman's fishermen and stays behind to tend the fishing shack.  He does
not tolerate any form of disorganization in the shack and is known to give
anyone who litters in his building a solid punch to the head.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'11" tall.
