NPC: A giant swamp catfish
Long Desc: A giant catfish is hiding under a layer of plant debris.

This catfish is as big as a full grown Halfling.  It has large, sharpened
barbs on its back and side fins that looks like they have the potential to
cause great injury.  This fish is large enough that you would probably have
a very difficult time reeling it in on a fishing line, so if you want to
make it lunch you'll have to take a much more hands-on approach.
It is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
