NPC: The Althaman caretaker
Long Desc: Althaman's hard-working caretaker is here.

The caretaker of Althaman's cattle fields is one of the most important jobs
in the town.  The caretaker is in charge of keeping the fields in ideal
condition, because if she doesn't then Althaman's main trade good, the
cattle, would quickly die off and leave the Minotaur without a good source
of income.  This caretaker takes her job very seriously and can usually be
found either in the fields working or maintaining her tools in her shack
wearing her old farming clothes that should probably be replaced before they
fall apart on her.
She is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
