NPC: A sahuagin slaver
Long Desc: A nasty sahuagin is trying to poach some slaves from Althaman

Sent from a nearby Sahuagin slave camp, this slaver is looking to steal
someone away from the ranch and force them into slavery.  They probably
should have chosen a more discreet entrance than Althaman's front gate, but
the guards posted there are known for being extremely lax.
It is a sahuagin approximately 5'5" tall.
