NPC: A starving alligator
Long Desc: A large alligator has gone mad with hunger.

Swamp life is not always easy.  This alligator has failed to find any food
this week, and is desperate enough to attempt to break into Althaman to find
some food as a result.  Long, wide, and covered in tough scales, this
starving foe will be difficult to fend off.
It is a reptile approximately 3'7" tall.
