NPC: White-Eyed Romlegaine
Long Desc: A skinny gnome lurks in the shadows, her white eyes the only part of her that's really visible.

The notebook is barely visible, but then again her hands and arms and the
rest of her are barely visible.  Lurking in the darkest corner of the
furthest crypt in the deepest hole in the greater Rune region, she is
obviously down here for solitude and inspiration, inevitably writing
something tortured and gothic.  Her black clothing acts as camouflage here,
but then she would probably claim that she wasn't truly seen in the first
place.
She is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
