it! Field workers are slacking off when they should be working, animals
continually disobey the commands of their masters, and the impoverished
flatly refuse to work or do anything productive to improve their state.
They would rather leech off of the missions that I chose to place around the
city, in my gracious desire to help those who fall onto brief spells of bad
luck, than do an honest day's work. As a representative of my w your duty
to provide 'incentive' for these degenerates to pay back some of what has
been provided to them. After you have finished that task, I would greatly
appreciate it if you would provide some positive reinforcement to those who,
every day, work for the benefit of society. After all, the carrot is
