This quest [3159] is called 'A Testament To The Kelp Crew',
for Adventurers levels 75 to 120.
A former member of the Kelp Crew [Pirate's Cove] is the master in charge of this quest.
It took me years, but I finally made it home. The ensnarers of the Huaka
Empire dogged me through the Sigil Underground for over eleven hundred days,
and I finally escape them, and I return home, and what do I find? The
leader of their capitalist gangs, the pirate admiral herself, retired to my
hometown and guarded by the Baron's personal service.

I am too weak to do anything about it myself, but if you're one hundredth as
opposed to a Huaka war criminal retiring comfortably in our lovely town, I
can help provide the means to stop it.

Bring me the following items, and I will brew a poison that only the Huaka
are susceptible to, so there is little risk to you or I. You can use it to
dispose of one of her bodyguards, which is one less bodyguard between you
and assassinating her. Make haste, for every hour she relaxes is an hour of
vengeance stolen from her many, many victims.
