This quest [3206] is called 'Transportation Tutorial - The Mark of Transport',

This is a TUTORIAL. It provides no rewards, but teaches you about Alyria.
There are many ways to travel around Alyria, of varying speed, efficiency,
cost and availability. Common modes of transportation There are many ways

The Iron Worm is a mechanical marvel invented by the Ganuk, the gnomish
inventor in Rune. A mainstay of the local economy, it allows Adventurers to
reach all corners of the world for little more than a few minutes of their
time and a small amount of gold.
Worldgates are the mysterious portals that link far-off circles of stones
together, dependent on the phases of the moons. The gate travel spell
transports casters directly to the worldgates, but the TIME command shows
where they currently are if one simply wants to walk.
The WHERE IS command highlights important regional features, acting as a
navigational aid around civilized areas.
Hot air balloons link the cities of Lowangen, Tellerium and New Rigel, if
tunneling beneath the ground isn't your style.
Mounts are a cavalier's favorite pet, but are useful for anyone who wants to
save their stamina when exploring. The Merdraco sails around the interior
of the Oceanus Ingenii, looping between Rune, Sigil, Pirate's Cove,
Tellerium and Templeton and back again.
RUNning down roads automatically is as fast as a galloping horse, with the
added benefit that you can follow roadsigns.
You may undertake these quests with the command 'QUEST UNDERTAKE' followed
by the quest number.
